United Airlines unveils Boeing 787 Routes

United Airlines is a major American airlines and one of the largest airlines in the world. With the arrival of Boeing 787, also known as Dreamliner, the airline unveils the newest routes across the world. International flights will begin in early 2013 on United Dreamliner.

The Dreamliner Boeing 787 will be delivered by late September 2012. It is the first US airline to start operating Boeing 787 aircrafts. United has ordered fifty planes to its fleet.

The new routes are:

Between Los Angeles and Narita, Japan (launching 3rd January) – Daily flights

Between Houston and Lagos, Nigeria (launching 7th January) – Five Days a Week

Between Los Angeles and Shanghai, China (Commencing 30th March)

Between Houston and London, UK (Commencing 4th February) – Daily Flights till the end of winter only

Between Houston and Amsterdam, Netherland (Commencing 4th December) – Daily Flights till the end of winter only
Some of the upgrades featured in Boeing 787 include improved lighting, bigger windows, large overhead bins, a debut in-flight entertainment system with more browsing and filtering options, enhanced ventilation and most of all great comfort. Seating configuration has allocated 36 seats for United BusinessFirst, 72 seats for United Economy Plus and 111 United Economy.
