The 35th Barrio Fiesta in London was a two-day paid event open to the public. Held on the 20th of July and 21st of July 2019 at Apps Court Farm, Surrey, the Fiesta is a chance for Filipinos in the UK to reroot themselves in Philippines culture while enjoying the live music and indulging in the authentic Filipino food. This year was no exception, there was a whole week featuring the best Filipino food, cultural performances and live music from local musicians and Filipino artists who dazzled the crowd with their stunning performances. The Fiesta’s central aim is to consolidate and recover the unparalleled qualities and exceptional celebrations of the Philippine feast. The Barrio Fiesta is annual and in case you missed it this year, there’s an abundance of hope that you can be a part of the 36th Barrio Fiesta, where there are more fun-filled activities in store for you.
